Louisiana Elementary School is dedicated to committing its time, energy, and resources to ensure an environment of academic, intellectual, social, and emotional growth, implemented through a comprehensive system of support, which allows all students to reach their full potential while instilling a sense of school and community pride.

  • Incoming Pre-K and Kindergarten Students: Make sure all immunization records are up to date before school starts in August.
  • If your student has any medical conditions, updated yearly doctor information will be needed so make those doctors appointments today to get this completed for next school year.

Reminders from the Nurse: Before starting school incoming pre-k and kndergarten students need up-to-date immuization records, incoming 8th graders need a Tdap and Meningitis vaccine, and incoming 12th graders need a Meningitis vaccine. A Message from Rotary: The Rotary Club of Louisiana has partnered with a nation-wide organization called Sleep in Heavenly Peace. Our mission is to provide a bed to children in need (ages 3 years - 17 years) so that “No Kid Sleeps on the Floor in Our Town”. A twin wooden bed frame is built in the home and a matress, pillow, sheets, and a comforter are provided. Bunk beds are also available. Please share this information with friends, neighbors, church, etc. An application with very few questions can be found at: SHPbeds.org. 

Online Registration: Online Registration opens 6/23 and closes 8/21. If you have questions, contact a building administrator. They are available until the last week of June and starting again the first week of August.

Back to School Information: Open House is August 20th from 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. The first day of school is August 25th. School begins at 7:40 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m.
